TANGIBLE CONSTRUCTION was established in Taiwan in 1999. In 2009, jointly with the C-suite executives overseeing architecture and construction departments of Full Power, a public company listed on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, TANGIBLE CONSTRUCTION Vietnam was founded. Michael Chang is a licensed structure engineer and Kent Liu an architect. Jason Lai, the Business Development and Key Account Sales Manager of Caterpillar/V-TRAC for the country of Vietnam joins the company at a later date bringing with him over 30 years of experiences in finance, operations and business development.
